“Jason Taylor was fabulous! I wasn't working with a realtor initially due to previous bad experiences. Jason was very up front no pressure. He asked me about my wants, needs and what I was looking for in a home not even knowing if he would ever see me again. He was professional, knowledgeable and laid back. Allowing me to speak my mind. He had a business card which crazy as it sounds many other showing agents did not seem to have. Jason allowed me to send photos of homes I was interested in to give him ideas since I like unique non cookie cutter styles to see if he was up for a challenge. He allowed me to text and email him at any given point if I had questions or to schedule a showing with prompt responses. He always had all possible information printed for me for every home we saw. After a few showings I saw that Jason loves his field of work and truly gets to know YOU! Offers his opinion after getting yours about the home you just saw to continue learning your likes and dislikes. I was confident he was a trustworthy realtor that will go above and beyond for his clients. Wanting to get you in the right home not just a home. My biggest wow factor was Jason had scheduled a home for me without my knowledge after another home we were going to see. A total surprise. He knew I was going to love it and with homes going fast he knew to get me in. Sure enough I did love it! Long story short I bought the home. Jason was so sweet to welcome me into my new home with house warming flowers. He followed up a week later to make sure everything was still going good. That was the cherry on top for me. Not sure if that's something he just does or if its part of Century 21 but I have never had that for any of my previous home purchases. It always seemed that once the realtor makes the sale poof they're gone. He is super personable even wanting to see pictures after I get some renovations done since the house had so many opportunities to revamp it. I can't thank him enough for all the hard work he has done and pressure I put on him for searching, finding and getting me into my unique Japanese style forever home in less than 15 days. I am truly grateful for all his efforts. I highly recommend Jason Taylor! He was simply stated...Outstanding!”
