He asked me about my wants, needs and what I was looking for in a home not even knowing if he would ever see me again. He was professional, knowledgeable and laid back. Allowing me to speak my mind. He had a business card which crazy as it sounds many other showing agents did not seem to have. Jason allowed me to send photos of homes I was interested in to give him ideas since I like unique non cookie cutter styles to see if he was up for a challenge. After a few showings I saw that Jason loves his field of work and truly gets to know YOU! My biggest wow factor was Jason had scheduled a home for me without my knowledge after another home we were going to see. A total surprise. He knew I was going to love it and with homes going fast he knew to get me in. Sure enough I did love it! Long story short I bought the home. Jason was so sweet to welcome me into my new home with house warming flowers. He followed up a week later to make sure everything was still going good. That was the cherry on top for me. Not sure if that's something he just does or if its part of Century 21 but I have never had that for any of my previous home purchases.
