He had a business card which crazy as it sounds many other showing agents did not seem to have. My biggest wow factor was Jason had scheduled a home for me without my knowledge after another home we were going to see. A total surprise. Jason was so sweet to welcome me into my new home with house warming flowers. He followed up a week later to make sure everything was still going good. That was the cherry on top for me. Not sure if that's something he just does or if its part of Century 21 but I have never had that for any of my previous home purchases. It always seemed that once the realtor makes the sale poof they're gone.
