My biggest wow factor was Jason had scheduled a home for me without my knowledge after another home we were going to see. A total surprise. He knew I was going to love it and with homes going fast he knew to get me in. Sure enough I did love it! Long story short I bought the home. Jason was so sweet to welcome me into my new home with house warming flowers. He followed up a week later to make sure everything was still going good. That was the cherry on top for me. Not sure if that's something he just does or if its part of Century 21 but I have never had that for any of my previous home purchases. It always seemed that once the realtor makes the sale poof they're gone. He is super personable even wanting to see pictures after I get some renovations done since the house had so many opportunities to revamp it.
